ABOUT ME

I'm Carole, I love to travel, learn, explore, eat and enjoy life! Some might say I am a little crazy because I am always thinking and doing a million things at once....And tend not to follow the norm. I am not the kind of person who can sit and watch TV...like.... 'REALLY watch TV'...I usually start planning something in my head whilst watching TV because that's me...always thinking, planning or doing something!

So this website is homage to that...my mind hahaha...I will be pouring my mind onto these pages and along the way will give tips and ideas, suggestions and recommendations, because hopefully at my age (keep guessing) I have gained a lot of experience and know the difference between good/bad and the very ugly! Fluffy Cushion is my idea of just that 'giving you a fluffy cushion', so you can sit back, relax into your fluffy cushion and let me do all the worrying for you. Whatever you need help with, I am sure I can assist. If I can't I will at least guide you and aid you as much as possible.

The first part of my journey begins with travel...travel is one of my passions in life. For seven years I lived and worked in China.....YES, you read it right 'CHINA'. That's a blog or two or three in itself, so keep your eyes peeled for those little beauties. After returning to the UK almost 5 years ago, I decided to look at setting up a travel business so that I could plan and guide others on booking amazing holidays around the world. Then COVID hit and put the blockers on that for a while, but now it is time to go for it....travel again! Because we can! Because we should! Because it is good for the soul!
