When I launched Fluffy Cushion many people asked 'Why Fluffy Cushion?'. Some of my friends and family weren't quite sure what 'Fluffy Cushion' had to do with Travel. So this blog is to clarify its association and reasoning for 'Fluffy Cushion'.

The concept is simple. Sometimes we all need support and someone to lean on, especially when planning a big event, trip or holiday of a life time. It can be very time consuming and stressful planning something big. The Fluffy Cushion concept is quite literal in meaning. We here at Fluffy Cushion want to provide our customers with that reassurance, support and cushiony feel, taking away the stress and anxiety that can come with planning something big.

I came up with the concept when everything to do with the travel industry was up in the air during the COVID pandemic. This event caused a lot of unease, and people quickly lost faith, trust and assurance when booking travel. I wanted to rebuild that faith, trust and assurance by providing a 'Fluffy Cushion' approach to travel. We all need a fluffy cushion to sink into which provides that comfortable reassuring relaxing feeling, and that is how Fluffy Cushion was born.
